306 Highway Roadworks Ltd

On May 21, 2013 I had my driveway done by the 306 Highway Roadworks Company and when it started to crack after a couple of months I phoned the company and told them about the cracking, and they said they would be out in September to check it out. They never came. I have phoned several times, have left messages and they do not answer my calls. It is now November and still have not heard anything. DRIVEWAY PAVED AND DRAINS INTO GARAGEIn May of 2013 I had a driveway paved. I asked the fellow in charge at least 4 times if it was going to drain and each time he assured me it would. After the first rain I found out he was wrong as it drains into my wood floor garage. I must have phoned at least a dozen times over the summer and fall. I was told that they were working in Maple Creek 45 minutes away and that they were behind because of rain. They told me that someone would definitely come by and make it right. This went on week after week until late fall when I called again and they told me they were not in the area anymore and that they were in northern Sask. They would have had to of driven right past Gull Lake and not even a phone call. I paid them $5000.00 CASH. I have quite a big drive way. I called on April 14 2014 and left a message and got no reply.
