At 3060 Fulton Laundromat we strive to make sure that our customer received the highest quality of customer service. In your case, we have investigated into what went wrong to ensure that the same thing does not happen again. Unfortunately, I can not claim responsibility for the problems you had due to lock out of washer. It happened around 8 pm and it was after work hour of my manager and technician.
