Because of COVID-19, our *** tour was cancelled. I asked for a refund and not only have I not received one, they won't respond to me.
Bought three tickets for ***. It got canceled due to COVID-19 and the company won't issue a refund to any of us, nor will they even respond to inquiries. Two of the three attendees are out of town and state and will not be able to reschedule.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for my party of three.

I would like help with a seller that has not delivered the service I paid for. Back on July 25, 2019, I purchased two tickets totaling $156.12 through *** to the *** on the *** event through ***. The event was supposed to take place on April 25, 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was appropriately cancelled. An email was sent out notifying of the cancellation only 2 days before the event. A couple of points:

1. I contacted the event organizer to get a refund through ***; no response
2. I contacted the event organizer on their *** page; again no response
3. I filed a dispute with ***; they made me contact the seller via email for a refund prior to filing, so this was now the third time I had contacted with no response
4. *** rejected my dispute because it was 180 days after my purchase of the tickets.
5. I contacted the seller a second time over email to request a refund; no response.
6. The seller is now deleting posts pertaining to refunds and actually blocking customers that are asking for a refund on their *** pages. They blocked me and my husband from commenting on their page and contacting via *** messenger as well.
7. I have my proof of payment through *** and all communications from me to them in screenshots before it was removed, and with no response.
*** Events is another of the event organizers *** pages with the reviews from people scammed out of their money.

I know there are others also not getting a refund, and there are also complaints in the reviews of their *** page. This is completely unacceptable for a business and for their customer service.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund for the tickets I purchased: $156.12 in order for this issue to be resolved.

I purchased tickets to the Wine on the Rails(***@gmail.com) event from *** Music on July 25, 2019 for $390.30. The event was to take place last Saturday February 22, 2020.
I received the following email on Tuesday February 11, 2020:
Good evening!
Your reservation for the February 22nd Wine On The Rails train excursion to the*** Winery has been rescheduled to March 21st. Please reply with confirmation. If you are unable to attend on March 21st, we will be can hold your reservation for a future date.
We board at 7:30 am Saturday March 21st from the Tennessee Central Railway Museum.Train leaves at 8:00 am sharp. We will return close to 6 pm. Hard copy tickets will be mailed upon your reply, confirming your new date. Must be 21+
We apologize for any inconvenience and hope you'll join us!

My response:What dates, other than March, are available? We are not able to go that day.
This was for my birthday and my friends 40th, so I can't tell you how frustrating this is. And it is going to be very hard for all of us to find another date that will work for all of us.
What was the reason for cancelling so close to the date? Being that it was cancelled, why is a refund not an option'
I never got a response to my email.

One of the ladies that got a ticket contacted *** from*** winery and she put us in contact with ***, the owner of *** via email. We then finally receive the email below:
Good evening!
All attendees were contacted through the official event email account. Please respond directly to ***@gmail.com to process your refund.
I responded to the email advised and I have not got a response or a refund.
*** would not allow the dispute or give a refund since it was 180 days past.

Desired Outcome

Refund It has been 6 days since I emailed [email protected] and have yet to get a response or see my refund. And I am fairly certain that if we have not got in contact with *** we would have never got the email stating we are getting a refund. It should not take that long to process a refund. My refund amount should be $390.30.

Our refund has been processed. Thank you for your help!

Hi Bonnetta,
I wanted to give you an update on where I am at with my complaint/refund. ***, the owner of the company, finally has responded to my emails. Should I forward you the emails for documentation? I was able to get a refund from my credit card company, not the company. But *** still owes us the refund, then I would let my credit card company know. Please just let me know what I need to do.

Thank you
Kristen

I bought 2 tickets to the Muddy Roots, Wine on the rails for the Aug 31, 2019
train ride. They emailed us said we can get a refund. No refund yet.

I bought 2 tickets for the wine on the rails event for 8/31/19 from ***. On 8/30/19 wine on the rails posted on Face Book saying the event for that day was cancelled and we could send an email to [email protected] to reschedule or for a refund.
I sent them and email they responded saying they are working on refunds. Still have not received a refund. I have continued to email them with no response back.

I would like my money back

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the refund that was promised to me in the attached emails.

rom Revdex.com-consumer advised that the company never contacted them or reply to any of their messages, but did finally process a refund through the consumers payment processor.

purchased two tickets for a train ride on August 31st when we arrived to go on the train we were told that the ride was cancelled. we were told that we could get a refund or schedule another train ride. I chose the refund. I was given a email to contact and I received on response that said I would receive a refund. I have not received my refund and I can not get anyone to respond to my email anymore. It was not clear how I would be refunded. I paid with a card. I saw many other people upset over the fact that the ride was canceled and on the website many complaints now it looks like they have removed them. I just want to get my money refunded. $127 I have my documents on my phone for my ticket purchase. and I have all the emails that I have sent. I don't know any other way to get my refund but to complain about the service that I have received.

Refund I want to get my money back that was spent for this train ride that I purchased on the day of the ride over the internet and then arrived and the ride had been canceled. I don't know how I was able to get tickets like that. I have heard many complaints.

I purchased four tickets from muddy roots music event for wine on the rails. This event was set for August 30. On August 29 a Facebook post stated the train ride was canceled with no explanation. I have been trying since then to get my $500 back. I have sent a couple of emails and they still have not mailed my money. Please visit their website and you can see the complaints. I just want my money back.

Desired Outcome

Refund Please give me my money!

I bought 2 tickets for the wine on the rails event for 8/31/19 from eventbrite. I was suppose to receive an email 14 days before event but never did. On 8/30/19 wine o the rails posted on fb saying the event for that day was cancelled and we could send an email to [email protected] to reschedule or for a refund. I decided to go there on 8/31/19 because fb post aren't a very professional way to notify someone of a cancellation for something they paid for. A woman was outside talking to people as they pulled up. She simply wrote down the same email and said exactly what was said on the fb post. I had sent email on 8/30/19 after seeing post on fb asking for a refund. There has still been no reply email or refund. I'm seeing alot of people on the fb post saying they have had to reschedule due to cancellation several times already. I believe this is a scam.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a full refund and for someone from the company to respond promptly. They could have just given us refunds when everyone showed up for the event today.

The company cancelled and event, the day of the event. The company gave options on what we want to to do either, choose another date or refund. Trying to contact event coordinator but no answer at all. There are multipe people not just my self involved in this.

Desired Outcome

Refund I want a full refund for my purchase, due to an event being cancelled by the event coordinator
