Review: I ordered a shirt from this company in December of 2013. I hadn't received my shirt by mid January so I called the phone number on their website. I received an email in response apologizing and that they would send another one. I received the shirt shortly thereafter; however, it was the wrong one. I sent another email to them stating that I had the wrong shirt and asked if the one I ordered was still available. I received an email back stating that yes, they did still have the shirt in stock. I responded by asking them how to return the original, so that I could get the shirt I ordered. I never received a response so I sent a second email, to no avail. I even called and left another message. The last response I received was on January [redacted] and I have yet to hear back about how to receive the shirt I actually ordered. I even sent them an email stating how frustrated I was, letting them know that I initially had really good customer service and suddenly I have stopped hearing from them.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sent the original shirt I ordered.
