Be careful with this company and Howard, they scammed me out of over and delayed my project over 1/months with constant promises about getting the job done and quality workThey sent an intoxicated employee to my house then left him alone there, and he continued to drink on the job out of a paper bagI gave Howard a first chance to correct things, a second a third a forth etconly because I had given him too much money up frontI had made this mistake after a constant barrage for more money after he had started the job It is going to cost more to get the job done now because they have to correct sub-standard work that was started

As others have mentionedHoward talks a big game when you first meet - nice enough guyTold me a basement drywall job would be knocked out in daysIt took my until about days to realize they dont have the skill or manpower to finish the job They told me about a dozen times they would be at the job and never showed upThey did about 25% of the work, I paid him for 2/of it so I got burned a littleTerrible experience
I hired Howard L*** to repair some damaged stucco, scrape, wash and paint my house on April 18, I paid MrL*** $upfront to repair the stucco, scrape, wash and prime the bare stuccoHoward and Carla both said the Job would be completed on 5/10/2016, and I have voicemails and txt messages confirming this
Unfortunately, MrL*** has delayed the project, and has not been able to work full workdays on it to even get 1/of the house scraped and repairedHoward explained to me that he has a number of jobs going at once and does not have any reliable helpHe shared that he already spent my $and was asking for more to finish the first phase of the projectHoward frequently would call late in the evening to tell me he would be there in the morning, only to find out he never showed, he would txt randomly, then he would ignoreHe frequently gave me the run around, or flat out ignored meMrL***, and his associate started work at roughly 11AM on

the dining room and kitchen $I gave Howard $deposit on the 6th of Jan and then $on the 11th of JanHe has been canceling the appointments to start the job since the 6th of Janon the 08th Janhim and his wife Carla and another man by the name of Earl came and put up half of my kitchen ceiling then he said he would be back because he didn't work after 4pso the morning of the 9th of JanI received a text from Howard stating that they couldn't come til original apt at 9:no show the on the 11th I got a call from Carla stating that they would be there at 9a but didn't show so they finally showed with another worker (not the same guy) in put up the rest of the drywall I then gave a dollars to Carla and she told m
They took 800.00$ for a job never showed up and spent the money without doing job tried to get money back and now they are not answering or even attempting to refund me my money
Would not recommend to anyone they are bad business people
In process of small claims court law suit with them
