Do not deal with this company, which also goes under the name of The Daniel Group (buildings in [redacted] ***)Trust me you will regret it Even if you pay your monthly rent on time (which is very high for a tiny apartment with minimal to no closet space,)they will charge you triple the rent, then put your rent as a discount to what they agreed to overcharge you so that you will appear you owe thousands of dollars if you choose not to continue with your lease They are unprofessional, will not return your calls to discuss and when you do finally get a chance to communicate, they will make it seem they are doing you a favor There is not a super for any issues after 5pm or weekends (which includes and not limited to sewage backup in sink to vomit in main entrance which had to walk around for the weekend) And even though the super is a nice guy, he is apparently overworked because the building is not clean the good…they allow dogs if you have one The building appears nice on first view because new But consider yourself warned
