I am responding to a complaint filed against our company by *** ***, Ms*** contacted our office to schedule an appointment wanting a free consultationWe advised Ms*** that we do not do free consultations, we charge in an
attempt to keep people shopping for a dentistShe made the scheduled appointment, and signed a treatment plan prior to being treatedShe opted to pay with her care credit and expected our office to the terms that she signed with the credit card when we did not sign her upShe admitted to shopping fora dentistShe stated that if she knew the interest rate was high, she would have used a different credit cardArthough her credit card terms are not our
responsibility, we reversed the charge to that cardShe agreed to use a different form of paymentShe never, did, rather she stopped complaining about the interest rate and started complaining about ever being chargedWe took the loss, wrote off the amount, sent her proof along with a dismissal letterIf you have any further questions feel free to give our office a call at ***
