Our number one goal is to identify the problem our homeowners may have and repair/replace the roof as needed and...
repair any interior damage. We also always guarantee the quality of our workmanship. The contract between 323 Roofing & Restoration and our client was exclusively for the exterior portion of her home. The homeowner had interior damage from a roof leak that occurred prior to the repair that 323 Roofing & Restoration completed. The interior damage to the client’s home was discussed with our sales rep, however, it was not included in the signed contract. He recommended to our client that she do a full roof replacement in order to fix the problem once and for all. The client was only prepared to pay for a repair and declined a full roof replacement. In order to ensure our client is satisfied, we will gladly repair the interior of the home at the client's request, for no extra charge, due to the misunderstanding of the contract. We have contacted our client directly and the interior damage has been reassessed and is on our schedule to be repaired immediately. We regret that our client was not previously satisfied and hope that with the resolution of this matter that our client would become a satisfied customer.
