33 Modern French Cleaners

Review: On Monday morning 10/**, I had dropped off my dry cleaning to 33 Modern French cleaners around 8:30am. My items that were going to be dry cleaned which included 2 suits to be pressed, 4/5 shirts to be dry cleaned, and about 10 lbs of wash and fold. The wash and fold items included bed sheets, socks ($15), boxers ($25), undershirts($10), a black wash towel and a pair of jeans($100) for a total estimated value of 150. On Monday night, I had gone to pick up the items which included all of my dry cleaning (suit, shirts) as well the bed sheets and one pair of boxers I was missing the other items that I had dropped off. The manager of the store told me to wait until tomorrow and they would see if it turned up. I had returned on Tues and the manager had become hostile and raising her voice when I continued to keep calm and had offered me 20 for my items. I asked her what she was going to do and she ignored me and laughed in my face showing no care in the world to assist me with the matter. I had asked her for a receipt and she had refused to give me the receipt that I had originally had received on Monday morning. I had no options left, I had then told her I would be filing a complaint with the Department of consumer affairs and also the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Settlement of $150.
