Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1001, 13, 2015/04/15) */ Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions today. We want to take every necessary step to make this right. I've provided documentation with non-personal information in response to this complaint against 33 Realty. A. Mr. ***'s... intended condo was leased to another lessee, and he was offered free parking for 1 year to compensate for the error. Please see the following attached: *A copy of the first page of [redacted] ***'s lease to confirm [redacted] was the "Owner or Authorized Management Agent" at his lease start date of 11/01/2013, not 33 Realty. *A copy of the signed agreement stating that 33 Realty's "effective management date" was April 10, 2014; we were not the authorized management agent at the time Mr. [redacted] signed his lease. *A copy of the addendum for his parking space, confirming the cost is $175/month and not included in his apartment rent. Mr. [redacted] could not provide any documentation from Pinnacle to confirm a parking concession was given. On 10/15/14, I responded to an email he sent, stating unless he could produce something in writing confirming this, he'd be responsible for payment of the parking space per the lease addendum. B. Mr. ***'s car was towed by 33 Realty *A copy of Mr. ***'s vehicle information - a Lexus LS 430. *A copy of the towing log from our contracted vendor, Rendered Services, confirming the only car towed in the past year was a Black Ford Fusion. Since 33 Realty became acting manager, there's only been one car towed and it was not Mr. ***'s. If his car was towed previous to 04/10/14, Pinnacle was the responsible party, not 33 Realty. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my response or the documents provided. Thank you again for your time,
My husband and I moved into an apartment Realty is renting in *** and the experience so far has been awful! When we moved in the gas for our appliances wasn't workingAfter having the gas company come out it turns out Realty never turned on the gas for our unitFor weeks we went without running water with no notice! We couldn't take showers, wash our hands, do dishes, etc! After calling for weeks it finally got fixed and when we asked for a credit we were basically told "Nope, it's fixed now so there's nothing we can do" Terrible response!!
Also, they left trash on our patio! I don't mean like a trash bag that we could just take out (even though we shouldn't have to take out their garbage) I mean an old fridge and an old stove so we couldn't move it ourselvesTook them weeks before they came and took it out!
The final straw is over the course of the last week we started finding roaches in our apartment!! They're still rehabbing other units in the building and leaving the doors to the patios open all day, so I find it difficult to believe that our roach problem is just going to go away while they're practically inviting them in!! Doesn't matter how many times the exterminator comes if you're just gonna let them in the front doorThe apartments LOOK very nice but after all of the issues with the apartment and with Realty my husband and I can't wait to leave
