April 12, To whom it may concern: This letter is in response to the complaint that was filed against Tamarac Apartments On April 4th we put a demand for compliance on *** *** door for non-payment of rent. *** called the office and told us that he had paid rent through ***. I *** *** looked through all the *** payments and did not see one for $902.00, but I did see one for $92.00. We simply asked him to contact *** to see where the payment went. Here is the response from *** Hi ***, I do see that *** submitted a pre scheduled “recurring” payment on 4/for 4/2, in the amount of $But, it looks like he went back in and changed this payment amount to $92? (Not sure how this was our fault) Did he mean to change the amounts? I can further look into this but want to confirm the amount he is wanting to payAlso, *** will only allow “recurring” payment at a time Here is the second response that I received from ***: Hi ***, We will reimburse resident (*** ***) late fees due to confusionPlease let me know if you are crediting the account or if we need to cut a live check(*** cut him a check for the late fees) As far as I can tell this issue has been resolved.
