after being at the laundromat about an hour, doing laundry there on a rainy day, I needed to use the restroom. the restroom requires 25 cents on the laundry card to enter. my balance was 21 cents. I had half my clothes folded on the table and didn't want to have to leave them sitting out to go to another business in the parking lot to use the restroom so, I asked the attendant, who was sitting in her booth turned around eating a burrito, if she could open the restroom for me. she said "No, I can't open it." turned right back around and started eating again. I usually do my laundry there and I know they can in fact open the restroom whenever they want to. I ended up having to go out in the rain to the taco shop in the parking lot to use a restroom. I stopped going there for quite some time, but it is so convenient to where I live, I decided to try it again about three months later. So, that was today. In order to do laundry there, you are required to use a laundry card which value can be added with dollar bills or credit card. I happened to leave my credit card at home this morning, but had ten dollars of quarters in my purse. This time it was a different attendant, I asked her if she would trade ten dollars of quarters for bills so I could use the machine to put value on the card. right away she said "no, I don't have change" she didn't even look in her register. she was sitting right in front of the register. It's not very believable that she didn't have ten dollars in the register that she could trade so I could do my business there. She told me to go next door to the candy shop to ask them.I ended up driving home to pick up my credit card so I could do my laundry. I asked the attendant if she was the owner she said "no" I asked her who the owner was and she said "if you have a problem you can talk to me", she was very intimidating.I tried to get a name and number for the owner but she would not give me any information.
