Review: I have been going to this establishment for 7 years for dry cleaning and laundry drop off. I took a silk dress in last week for a simple dry cleaning. It was returned to me and was 5 inches shorter on one side of the dress than the other. They somehow shrunk the dress by almost a half of foot. I immediately took it back to them and showed them what happened. They claimed if I left it there, they could fix it, which clearly makes no sense. Now they say they cannot fix it, shocking since you can't miraculously add onto a dress and they are refusing to pay to reimburse me for the garment. I asked to be reimbursed for $300 for the designer dress which originally cost me $500. Either they could reimburse me for the dress or give me a $300 credit at the cleaners. I was willing to let them do a credit. The person who runs the store does not speak english well, he said he would have his [redacted] call me. No one called for 5 days or returned my calls that I made on a daily basis. Finally I receive a call today from someone else who also speaks horrible english and he tells me there's no way they did that to my dress, that I was making it up and they were not going to pay for it. Meanwhile, they still have the garment and won't return it to me or tell me where it is. I have photos of what the dress looks like after they ruined it. I'm furious that this establishment will not pay for something that they ruined and I want a complaint filed against them and they should have to reimburse me for ruining my clothes. This wasn't just a small mistake made at a cleaners, they shrunk the dress by 5 inches or more. It may sound like a small complaint in the world, I understand, but what they are doing is not fair and they should be held responsible.Desired Settlement: $300 reimbursement for designer ( [redacted]) silk dress
