34th and Ninth Parking

Review: I parked in the parking lot in question because I believed it was the B&H parking lot. To confirm my suspicions I asked the parking attendant how the free parking worked for B&H customers and he explained it to me. Feeling that now that I was in the right place I left my car to them. When I came back to retrieve my vehicle I showed them my receipt like they told me to, however they now told me it was the wrong parking lot and I have to pay them $36.50 ransom just to get my car back. Review: On 09/**/15 around 8:15-8:30PM, I pulled up Tto the garage and I was attended by NOEL J[redacted] he assisted me with the parking. I asked him how much was the parking he said it was $50.00 I asked if we had to pay now he said yes.

I gave him $59.00 dollars, $50 for parking and $9.00 for the TIP.

When my wife and I came back to pick up the car he charged us again!!! We told him that we paid already, he scream and shout saying I did not pay him that he did not collect any money from me. I asked for the supervisor he said it was him so we had no other choice than to pay him another $50.00 in order for us to get our car back. Then I called the police. The police spoke to him and ask him for the supervisor and he said that there was non and he told them I only gave him $3.00. at the end he gave me a NON working number for Mr.Marco C[redacted] then he gave me another number for Faouzi S[redacted]. I called this number he refuse to help as well. He told me that Mr. Noel J[redacted] told him that I gave him only $10.00. So at first he said I gave him No money,then he tells the police I gave him $3.00 and he tells his Boss I guess!! That I gave him $10.00. He is lying. and I want my $50.00 back from this company. He must be doing this to other people and its not fair.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and this business should have a sign that says to pay after. As they are confusing customers when they don't.
