It's also true that the client was quoted $347, but for a bundle that consisted of 1 Quick battery charger, 1 Extended Lithium camera battery, 1 Waterproof camera case, plus one Lexspeed hi speed SD card, for the above mentioned price.
But the client declined the bundle offer, and ended up purchasing only the Lexspeed 8gig SD card.

I'm sure they do everything to stay just inside the law, but they are unethical con artists whose sole purpose is to scam tourists and unsuspecting customers. Goods in window are bait. Once inside you will be switched to a heavily overpriced item supported by pricing on fake websites. After you buy, the receipt states 'no refunds' and exchanges within 7 days but if you try to exchange you will get nowhere: 'This has to be authorised by the manager - he will be in tomorrow', 'I will check with the warehouse, call tomorrow'...
After my third, unsuccessful, attempt to exchange a lens (priced at $2000 that they sold me for $999, but turned out to be worth less than $100) they admitted to marking up their prices and said I should have researched the true price beforehand. When I eventually agreed to take a lens worth $600 in exchange (i.e. lose $400 just to close the issue) another staff member said 'the boss' didn't agree and I would have to pay an additional $300. I have referred the transaction to [redacted]

Review: My father, who is 86 years old went in to this camera shop to buy an SD memory card for his camera. The salesman quoted a price for an 8GB card, which the salesman mumbled but father thought he said was was '$34'. He handed over his credit card and was then presented with the credit card slip processed for $347. My father protested and argued with the salesman for some considerable time, to be told 'absolutely no refunds'. Eventually the salesman reduced the amount to $163.30, which is probably still $150 too much for the 8GB knock-off SD card. As a frail 86 year old gentleman he was completely intimidated and stood no chance against the aggressive, rude and frankly fraudulent store staff. The sales slip and credit card terminal say the date of transaction is [redacted] April 2014, yet the transaction took place on [redacted] July 2014. I suspect the terminal date is deliberately set forward in order to make it appear any complaints are out of date.Desired Settlement: My father was deliberately scammed by an unscrupulous salesman and requires a refund of $150, as $13 is a fair price for the item.

Review: We were presented with what we were told was an Axer wide angle camera lens that was on sale for $299 and were pressured into buying the lens. The seller even showed us the lens online where it was selling for about $900. When we returned back to our hotel, we did a bit of further research and found that this was actually a scan where the Axer lens is actually a cheap fish eye filter (usually around $20) and is re-branded and sold as an expensive lens. We were also not told at the time of the sale that there are no refunds, nor did we see any signs in the store stating such. It was only when we looked at the receipt did we see no refunds on it. If you need any additional details, please let me know.Desired Settlement: We would like to return the lens and get our money back.

This is regarding above mentioned ID, Customer puchased the axer 0.43x wide angle lens & the filter. Customer came back complaining about the price they saw it cheaper online. We explain the customer we do not match internet prices.

Custmer has the store recipts. Our store policy clearly stated on the recipts.
