After a week passed and with rain in the forecast I was very concerned with a live wire wrapped in tape, I called Mr, Thornton. He quickly told me that they were not responsible because I didn't tell them that the wire was there. I said that two electrical boxes on the wall right beside him might have given him a clue, I also told him that two people at his office had told me that they were going to fix it. He said let me call them and I will call you back which he never did. I paid to have the wire fixed before it rained. I just feel that was a pretty shabby way to treat an elderly widow that had just paid them over a thousand dollars and will never use them again.
