not resolve my issue as the issue was that there was no notification prior to the withdrawal of 39.98. I had not attended the gym since April 2017 but allowed them to continue withdrawing since I didn’t have the opportunity to drive to the gym to cancel my membership. Notification should be sent for automatic withdrawals of more that the normal monthly rate. When I logged in online it only notified me of the date of withdrawal being 2/1 not the cancel by date of 1/25. People don’t pull up contracts every month to check on billing my information. Businesses have an obligation to be forthcoming with information on pending charges.

[redacted] purchased the membership 11/21/2016 via online. She had a previous annual fee on 02/01/2017 that was paid with no issues. Attached is her agreement with signature on the understanding of the cancellation policies. We will not be refunding the annual fee of $39.98 from 02/01/2018.

I contracted 360 Masonry & Pavers in July 2015 for paver work around a new pool, a masonry wall around the pool equipment, and to fix an eye sore mail box in our front yard. The crew did excellent work! Pavers/Pool Deck came out great and I cannot believe they got the eye sore mail box in the front to match the other stucco pillar in our front yard! It looks wonderful - so pleased! I asked the owner about adding stucco to the interior backyard brick wall and he was upfront and honest with me saying that he could already see that the neighbors had water hitting the brick wall on their side and without waterproofing both sides (mine and my neighbors) it would not be worth the money. I really appreciate the way Mark (owner) does business. He will definitely get my recommendation to my friends and family.

We had a great experience with 360 Masonry and Pavers. Mark gave us a very reasonable quote on 1100 sq ft of pavers plus we had a concrete patio covered. He was on time and completed the work quickly. He also communicated well through out the process. His crew was great too

We were very pleased with 360 Masonry & Concrete who did a paving stone installation in our courtyard, side yard and back patio of home, including existing concrete demolition and removal.
[redacted], the owner, is an experienced mason by trade and that was an important factor for us. [redacted] has job site workers who are friendly, work hard and do quality work. Reasonable prices and project well done. 360 Masonry & Concrete is a contractor we are pleased to recommend.
