of having the car inspected before purchase. The buyer, the buyers spouse, and the buyer's father all test drove the car and not one of them had the car inspected. As a protection to our company, we had the customer sign a form (that is attached to our response) stating that he, the purchaser, will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects that presently exists or that may occur in the vehicle. He, the purchaser, also acknowledged that he made a full inspection of the vehicle and made sure that it was sound and serviceable before purchasing the vehicle.
After the date of sale, we, the company, holds no responsibility for the vehicle; as it was sold AS - IS with ABSOLUTELY NO GUARANTEE.
