I spoke with Booking rep [redacted] on December 13, 2016, the same day I paid my initial $depositI purchased a day, night cruise, a day, night stay in Orlando, and a day car rentalI knew I wanted to book the trip for around my birthday (end of February)I was interested in taking a cruise departing February 18, but Jason explained most cruises leave Fridays or Mondays, so we decided on February I explained to Jason that we would probably want to fly to FL and drive back to DC using the car rental (driving in two legs over two days)Jason said it was best to wait until about a month out to finalize the details around the cruiseHe advised cruises are almost certain to give extra perks like longer stays, drinks included, etcI appreciated the tip and was under the impression I would hear more over the monthTiming is very important for this vacationI emphasized I was eager to lock in a February departure and expressed this adamantlyI was assured repeatedly everything would be fine We purchased plane tickets on the same day and have them scheduled to arrive in Orlando for February around 1pmI called January 20, 2017, about a month out from departureI was informed Jason no longer worked for Getaways and thus the current staff was not accountable for anything promised or arrangedApparently, nothing had been reserved or savedThey offered to either cancel the cruise portion, adding another night stay in OrlandoOr, I could keep the original schedule, but would have to put up $900+ deposit (since within days of departure, something I thought my "reservation made 12/would avoid...) I'm hoping there is resolution availableI feel as though I paid $for Getaways to mislead and inconvenience meI feel victimized and defenselessI understand the representative is no longer with the company (and for reasons that seem most unfortunate which I'm sorry to hear), but Getaways has a responsibility to be accountable to its customersI would really appreciate someone auditing the call and provide expedited solution Thank you for your time
In November I received a call from getaways saying I "won" a "free" cruiseI had been in the market for a cruise for my family so listened for an opportunity to get a discountI had a limited budget, and a non-flexible vacation date in Jan, along with some other complications with having small children and a small budgetAfter a VERY long negotiation on a few calls from manager, Desiree, she ASSURED me they would take all the stress out of planning a vacation, they found me a cruise for my specific date, etcI immediately did my part to schedule the cruise, including providing passport info for passengersI never heard backI made MANY calls trying to make sure my info was received, and trying to get info I needed to plan: which port, which ship, etcI only ever spoke to Al at customer service who was always very nice and promised to leave messagesI left messages through the portal in 360getaway emailI never talked to an travel agent, but Al messaged me once saying things looked set for the trip, after I begged over the phone, he gave me a port and timeTold me my original agent no longer worked there, but new agent would send email within hoursI heard that several timesTwo weeks before trip my husband was stressingOne week before, I was stressingThe friday before my trip, as my baby sitter was in the air flying from other side of country, I called AGAIN and was informed I did not have a cruise, they were leaving the office (4:est) and no one could help me until TuesThe two girls I talked to gave me the worst customer experience I have ever had, despite me trying very hard to be calm and understanding to the fact that they had not personal responsibilityI was snapped at when I called back after being disconnected twice while on hold (that had happened a lot during the many times I was on hold the past months and understand that can just happens sometimes.) I was accused of hanging up and not being patientI don't know why such snippy, ornery, unwilling to help girls were answering a phone in a department they claimed they didnt work in and refused to be helpful or even niceImmediately after being told I was not booked for the cruise, I was told I needed to call my credit card and have them refund my moneyReason given being, "For us to refund it would take up to weeks, your credit card company will be faster." Have they ever tried to get a refund through the credit card???? Its a [redacted] hassel and you only do it when you have been scammedAfter I got off the phone I immediately called the cruise line and had a room on the cruise in minutesgetaways is a waste of your life and resourcesMy credit card is still investigating the refund claimIt took weeks before I could talk to a manager (Desiree was out, sick, unavailable) who claimed they couldnt refund my money because they no longer worked with the service that took my payment????? She offered a resort stay as a peace offeringYeah, I have zero confidence that will happenAVOID this companyBook it yourselfSOOOOO much less stressful and a deal isnt a deal if you never get your end

So today Getaways called me and offered me a great dealSo I took itI paid my price, received my e-mail with everything that they offered so that I have proof of what was offeredA few hours later I was checking my account to check my budget for billsI was shocked to say the least when I saw charges made on my cardI tried to call the office but was not able to get to a live personSo I sent a message through there support systemI simply stated that I would call my bank and have the funds reversed if we could not come to an understanding of fixing the issueWithin minuets I received a call from them and had everything fixedThe lady on the phone was understanding and explained that it was there error and fixed my issued and threw in some perks for the inconvenienceBecause of the quick response time and getting my issues fixed we will be buying from againThey have my trust that any issue will be taken care of in a timely matter
Thanks again Getaways
DISCLAIMER: I have no affiliation or relationship with this organizationI am only interested in sharing my personal review as I had my apprehensions of buying from this company; however, my friends gave me a good review after her travel so planned to try them out
I called and received the entire package just the way she didI paid a total of $this included the Cruise, Cruise Port Taxes, Car Rental and the Hotel stayThe only thing I had to do was to attend the Timeshare presentation which took hours and minutes (Yes, I was kept time because they told me minutes) of my time; however, I guess it was well worth taking that tour as I received such a hefty discount
The sales rep at the Timeshare tried selling me their property and kept giving different solutions to pay for it; however, I kept telling him I am no longer employed which was the truth and can't make any payments as the future is uncertain and this trip was pre-booked, lol
They let me off the hook and let me enjoy my rest of the dayI guess Timeshare presentations aren't so bad if they are giving me such a great deal for hours of my timeI checked the cruise pricing and it would have cost me a few hundred more for the cruise and at least a couple hundred more for the Hotel in Florida with the Car rental
Personally for me this deal worked out amazing and I am willing to purchase again from this company

Scam! Unwanted robocalls, harassing me every day
We have been strung along for weeks only to find that they only gave us 1/of what we paid for, we can't get the dates we need Phone number to call for booking has been out of service We make appointment calls, but never receive a call at the appointed times This has been a negative experience, we are requesting a refund They said it would take - days I will be back to update my review and file a complaint if the money is not returned in a timely manner
I spoke with Booking rep [redacted] on December 13, 2016, the same day I paid my initial $241 deposit. I purchased a 3 day, 2 night cruise, a 4 day, 3 night stay in Orlando, and a 7 day car rental. I knew I wanted to book the trip for around my birthday (end of February). I was interested in taking a cruise departing February 18, but Jason explained most cruises leave Fridays or Mondays, so we decided on February 17. I explained to Jason that we would probably want to fly to FL and drive back to DC using the car rental (driving in two legs over two days). Jason said it was best to wait until about a month out to finalize the details around the cruise. He advised cruises are almost certain to give extra perks like longer stays, drinks included, etc. I appreciated the tip and was under the impression I would hear more over the month. Timing is very important for this vacation. I emphasized I was eager to lock in a February 17 departure and expressed this adamantly. I was assured repeatedly everything would be fine.
We purchased plane tickets on the same day and have them scheduled to arrive in Orlando for February 17 around 1pm. I called January 20, 2017, about a month out from departure. I was informed Jason no longer worked for 360 Getaways and thus the current staff was not accountable for anything promised or arranged. Apparently, nothing had been reserved or saved. They offered to either cancel the cruise portion, adding another night stay in Orlando. Or, I could keep the original schedule, but would have to put up $900+ deposit (since within 30 days of departure, something I thought my "reservation made 12/17 would avoid...).
I'm hoping there is resolution available. I feel as though I paid $241 for 360 Getaways to mislead and inconvenience me. I feel victimized and defenseless. I understand the representative is no longer with the company (and for reasons that seem most unfortunate which I'm sorry to hear), but 360 Getaways has a responsibility to be accountable to its customers. I would really appreciate someone auditing the call and provide expedited solution.
Thank you for your time.
