keeping excellent customer service as priority. Which is why 360 IT Professionals has refunded portion of the amount to our client as a good faith gesture though in this particular case the scope of the project was revised a few times, causing delay in delivery of the application software.
360 IT Professionals would gladly extend support to the client if required and tie any loose ends if found.

They did refund portion of what we paid. Still believe since we couldnot use anything that they did and had to start from scratch with a new developer we should have gotten full refund, but we are settling for this because they are so difficult to work with and we are done going back and forth about it. I would still not recommend them to anyone as above they are still blaming the project not getting done on us, the client.
