Disgusted
I went to a session at 360 pt in fountain hills. Paul GOODMAN an PTA during my session grabbed my finger and forced it to bend- I had suffered a fracture and my entire hand suffering from atrophy was very swollen and sorr. I screamed when he bent my pinky and started crying- he was going to touch the others but my crying stopped him! I never heard of a pt session where anyone would involuntary touch your body! I filed complaint with his manager and the as physical therapy board!

My problem was a sore neck and unable to turn my head either direction very farThe first day Savannah T [redacted] said that she might bring up dry needlingFrom then on that's all she could talk aboutShe had her assistant give me some exercises to do and than Savannah did dry needlingShe would stick to needles in my neck, move them up and down and aroundThis was to take the pain away; it didn'tOne time I was bleeding so much she had to follow me around with a rag to wipe up the blood on my neckAfter about five needle treatments, I told her I didn't want anymoreShe didn't like that and gave me to cold shoulder from then onThere were other things she could have done like deep massage, but for some reason she has a one track mind and wants "Dry Needling"Maybe because, if it does work, it won't be for long and you will have to come back again and again and again, and not for freeThey finally told me that it would be best to not come back unless I did dry needling

My problem was a sore neck and unable to turn my head either direction very far. The first day Savannah T[redacted] said that she might bring up dry needling. From then on that's all she could talk about. She had her assistant give me some exercises to do and than Savannah did dry needling. She would stick 15 to 20 needles in my neck, move them up and down and around. This was to take the pain away; it didn't. One time I was bleeding so much she had to follow me around with a rag to wipe up the blood on my neck. After about five needle treatments, I told her I didn't want anymore. She didn't like that and gave me to cold shoulder from then on. There were other things she could have done like deep massage, but for some reason she has a one track mind and wants "Dry Needling". Maybe because, if it does work, it won't be for long and you will have to come back again and again and again, and not for free. They finally told me that it would be best to not come back unless I did dry needling.
