Review: We sent in a game system for repair twice. It still would not work and they said they would issue a credit to our Visa. I made initial refund request in Oct 12'. I have emailed them several times and have been told I should expect it in 10 days, then never get one. The last two emails I sent have gone unanswered.Desired Settlement: I expect a full $100 refund for not being able to fix my item. They have a guarantee of full refund if product could not be fixed.

At this time, I have not been contacted by 360 Pros regarding complaint ID [redacted].
Sincerely,
Review: I paid 360 Pros $104.99 on 2/13/13 to repair our Xbox 360 game console. It had failed with an E74 error code. After repair by 360 Pros, the unit worked for a month then failed again with same E74 error. I sent it back for second repair attempt. The unit worked again for about a week then failed again with same error. Contacted 360 Pros on 5/13/13 to discuss refund. Representative ([redacted]) stated to try repair one more time then refund money if it wasn't fixed. Stated she would send a shipping label to return unit for third repair. Label never arrived. Sent e-mail to company on 5/26/13. Automatically generated ticket in their tracking system. No response to e-mail or ticket. Tried to call today (5/31/13) but all local and toll-free numbers are disconnected.Desired Settlement: Per the terms of 360 Pro's repair guarantee, I would like my original $104.99 refunded.
Review: I sent my Xbox 360 to the 360 pros with the problem being the red ring of death (overheated internal electronics). After an unreasonable 4 weeks the Xbox returned in working condition with a 2 year warranty. The problem was merely temporarily fixed however because after about 2 months the same issue occurred. I sent customer service an email asking them to make good on their 2 year warranty and all I received was an automated response telling me a representative will field my problems who never actually contacted me.Desired Settlement: I would like a working Xbox 360 because this business failed to appropriately make good on their warranty and sent me back an unusable heap of electronics
Review: My Xbox360 Broke in Sept of 2012. Microsoft couldn't fix the problem. At the time, I found [redacted] online for which the offered a free diagnosis. Here is some of the first email they sent me:

At this point I shipped my xbox to them, and within about a week they started the diagnosis. They then told me that the Xbox would need to be repaired, and charged me $102 to repair it. Here is that Email:

About 10 days later, I received a message saying they could not fix my Xbox, but could sell me a brand new one and I would only have to pay the difference of what I had already paid to get my XBox fixed.

I agreed to do get a new console, but after the lady on the phone made the sale she then told me that the NEW XBOX 360 SLIMS (that just came out at the time) were SOLD OUT and that it would be at least TWO weeks until they got a shipment in. At that point I told her, I was not going to wait 2-3 weeks to buy an XBOX with a 4 gigabyte hard drive for $250 (they were going to charge $20 just to ship it) when I could go to Best Buy that day and buy an Xbox with a 120 gigabyte hard drive for the same price. She agreed that I made a smart decision and I would receive a refund.
A couple weeks passed, and I noticed I had NOT been refunded on the Market America Mastercard that I used. Also that they had charged my credit card a second time for $125 for that new xbox they didn't even have in stock. I called XBox 360 Pros and they acted surprised, that it all wasn't returned. But they lady told me because of Hurricane Sandy, their computer systems were down and that they would SEND me a check rather then return it to my credit card. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks to send. At this point I still believed they were true to their word. A month later, I called back yet again because I had not received a check. TI spoke to a different woman, who told me NO check was ever sent out, but would send me one. This was another 2-3weeks. Again, nothing in the mail. At this point it was December and I contacted my Market America Mastercard. They told me after a phone call and fax that it would get settled. Then they sent me a letter 2 months later stating that they could not do anything for me, yet they sounded content with charging me $220 plus dollars AND APR on something I never got. They told me they needed a verification after 2 months that the seller was still involved with this transaction. At this point, I emailed Xbox360 Pros multiple times to which they ignored my emails. I called them and got hung up on. Then a couple months later their phone was shut off, their internet e-mailing system was shut down and their website is no longer active....since then the website only has "temporarily down" or as of right now it say's "coming soon". XboxPros completely stole my money and I dunno if they went out of business or not, but they lied to me, which after reading Your website and [redacted] that this is more like a business practice to them then an uncommon occurrence.
I am also angry with my credit card company for allowing this to happen. I felt as if I contacted them early enough and that they had weak rules that protect fraudulent companies rip off the customer. They told me now the only way I'd get my money back is if I proved that they went out of business so they could get the money back from xbox360pros/esales bank. I am still awaiting a response.
I have even went to Best Buy and got a copy of the new XBOX 360 I bought from them during this matter. If any other information is needed, I will gladly send it to you.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. Preferably back on my credit card so Market America Mastercard drops the APR charges I had to pay on it. I even told them last year over the phone how I just lost my job and needed that money as soon as possible. As you can see on your site alone they've had 18 complaint closed in just the last 12 months... 36 in three years.... and I'm sure there's many more. They are obviously scamming people out of money and something needs to be done.
Review: I requested that 360-pro.com repair my XBOX 360 on or around 4/29/13. I made an online payment of 104.99, with my visa debit card, $80.00 for services and 24.99 for shipping and handling. On 5/16/13 a representitive from 360 pros contacted me by phone and informed me that there was nothing wrong with my xbox and asked if I was using an external fan. I inturn replied yes, cause I was using external fan and she then told me to take it off and not use the fan cause that was causing the problems. She continued to say that since they DID NOT repair my XBOX that they were going to send me a full refund within a week. Well as of today I have yet to recieve my refund. I have tried at least 3 times or more to contact by email at www.360-Pros.com and all three times have left them tickets([redacted] ticket numbers) and no response. I have also tried to call [redacted] and [redacted] the numbers on there website and for awhile I was getting error message that number had disconnected or no longer in service. I called again yesterday 6/5/13, and phone just rang and rang until eventually I hung up, no answer. I want at least my $80.00 that are owed to me to be payed.Desired Settlement: I want $80.00 deposited back into my visa debit account
