[redacted]                           This individual tried to talk me into purchasing a new unit with a payment plan. Mr. [redacted] does not conduct business in a respectful manner, The only warranty that was offered to me were on the terms of purchasing a new unit. He NEVER offered any warranty for the repairs he performed on the unit. The same unit he was unable to repair was repaired the next day at a cost of $240. And as far as threats I simply told this individual the action you commit reflects on yourself and family's as well. And I have those messages as well. Evidently Mr. [redacted] lacks knowledge of the definition of a threat. I would like my money reimbursed to me, Since the HVAC unit has been repaired. Mr. [redacted] conduct himself as a charlatan. I have never felt the urge to report a business until my encounter with Mr. [redacted].

I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the work that has been done, but I did say to you numerous times that it would not be wise to put a new compressor on a system that is over 15 years old with obvious refrigerant leaks. That was when you advised me that putting a brand new system was not...

beneficial to you because you did not live there, and that you had purchased a secondary warranty that would replace the system for you if anything else happened to system. I actually have it documented where you said that you did not need a warranty. I went back to the house, at no charge, to see what was wrong, when I found that the evaporator coil had numerous leaks, I then tried contacting you to know my findings, you didn't answer the phone until your tenant called. When I spoke to you I then let you know that evaporator coil had numerous leaks on it other than the one that was fixed and the coil needed to be replaced. We are here in the position because of a decision that was not made by me and that I tried my best to advise you against. I also have numerous text messages where you threatened the happiness and future security of my family. That was the actual point of I am not willing to work with you anymore. I also have friends who are your family that knows for a fact that you went against the advice that was given.
