This customer has his solar permitted and signed off and we are only waiting for permission
from EdisonI spoke to him yesterday and he seems fine
I can respond to the rest of his complaint, but I am not sure if this is the correct place to do itPlease advice how I should move forward

I've been passed around this company so many times I can't keep up!!! We have been waiting for four months to get the system activated and as of today still nothing*** did get on the phone with me only after emailing a request about a service number neededI also believe *** is another new employeePlease understand this company seems like a really poor run companyI could really go farther in all that's happened with solar but it's just a waste of time knowing that they have the Revdex.com credentials and still provide this type of service to customers
