Monday morning I jumped into my car, already late to work just to find out my car refused to start!!! After my husband tried to jump start my car I realized I would have to tow it to the dealer for the 3rd time this past month (!) I called towingAt first I was skeptic, the call center representative seemed to be very professional but for some reason would only agree to provide me with a range of prices ($to $for a tow inside Irving including millage) saying he cannot assess the labor needed over the phone and the tow guy will give me the exact price on site (Big red flag), only reason I decided to book the service is the fact a minutes ETA was promised (again I was skeptic)minutes later (i timed it) Sean arrived with a big smile on his face (nothing like previous tow guys I used), when I told him my car wouldn't start and my husband already tried to jump start it he politely asked me if I would mind he would give a jump start another try, again I was skeptic but, *** I would do anything to avoid dealing with the dealer again, I obviously told him to go ahead and give it a try and guess what minutes later I was driving my car to work, it's a miracle!!! I end up paying $(less then the low end of the price quote), I know it was only a jump start but I didn't care, in my mind I was already spending hundreds of dollars at the dealer so $is definitely a big break

This company uses several different names and they practice are unethical. Our car was disable and we called for towing service on Christmas day. I do understand it was a holiday but it doesn't mean that you rip people off. The car wash not wrecked, just a blowout tire and we went to get the spare and it was deflated. So, it wasn't anything major to charge special equipment and service fee. They said they could not give an amount until they got to the destination. The destination was only 3.4 miles from the disablement to destination address. On top of that we waited over an hour and we called back the driver was at wrong location due to their dispatcher fault. Again, we wait another 30 minutes and another 30 minutes. We waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The waiting wasn't a problem but the charges was ridiculous and unfair especially when they sent the driver to the wrong address. The driver hooks up the car drive it 3 miles then tells us $230 for the tow. OMG! Really! So basically, they hook your car up and if you don't have the outrages fee amount of money than they can drive off with your car then charge you more money to get your vehicle back from them and on his receipt, he puts that he drove 8 miles instead of 3.4 miles. I called and spoke with the manager and he stated that's their policies and it was a holiday so we charge more money. You would think holiday perhaps $30, or $40 dollars extra not a $145. This is bad business and cheating the consumer. He said he didn't care if I complained about the service, I got your money and just deal with it. I do not recommend this company for any kind of services

DO NOT LET THIS OUTFIT NEAR YOUR CARCALL SOMEBODY ELSE I USED THESE PEOPLE ON JAN XX XXXX . AFTER THE USUAL WAIT TIME OF ABOUT AN HOUR ,THE UNIT SHOWED UP ( I NEEDED A FLAT BED GOT A CRADLE PICK UP ) CRADLE PICK UP REQUIRE THE DRIVER TO STRAP THE STEERING WHEEL FOR REAR WHEEL PULL .NORMAL STRAP HOOK UP IS AROUND THE BRAKE PEDDLE BUT THIS DRIVER ELECTED TO HOOK UP THE STRAP UNDER THE ELECTRIC SEAT FOR SOME REASON.BOTTOM LINE IS THE DRIVER SOMEHOW BROKE THE SEAT AS TO IT WILL NOT ADJUST AT ALL.THE PROBLEM HERE IS AFTER TWO E MAIL ATTEMPTS TO THE COMPANY TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE,I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE FROM 360 TOWING SOLUTIONS.NO COMMUNATION AT ALL FROM THEM.

I called 360 Towing this morning for a tow in which I told them it would require a dolly as only three wheels were functioning. The person told me it was a trip charge of $55 plus $30-$65 more determined by what they have to do when they got here. So, ok...maximum of $120. When the driver got here he told us the dolly would be an addition $80. WHAT???? They were told in advance we knew we needed a dolly. We were not told the dolly would be more until they got here. I feel like they pulled the old bait and switch on us. If I didn't agree to pay $200, they would charge $55 trip charge anyway. So they put me in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. I video taped the entire hook up and it was 19 minutes. I also feel this business owner discriminated against me for being a woman. They also put the bill in my daughter's name when I was the one paying. I tried to resolve but the company would not budge. BUYER BEWARE.
