I had Foundation out to check on my foundation and I was very pleased with thei professionalism and knowledgeThank goodness we have no issues, but if we do I will definitely call on Thomas with Foundation Repair to take care of my home

I wanted to make sure that anyone in the Collin county area that is in need of foundation work hears about my experience. I live in Allen and chose to use [redacted], the owner of 360 Foundation, to correct my foundatioon issues. I'm in the process of selling my home and my inspector informed my wife and I that we needed some foundation work to raise our home in certain areas. I called [redacted] from a referal given to me by a friend that has used his services, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome! He had his crew out to my home the next day at 7:30 am diligently working until 8pm thhat evening. They had the complete process finished in just 2 short days. I'm very strigent on the appearance of my home and this gentleman and hi8s crew kept my yard to a respectable level during the process and after they finished, you literallly couldn't tell they had even been there! I had heard horror stories of foundation coompanies tearing up foliage and sod, and never bringing the yards back to even a close reflection of what they previously were. They replanted shrubs, watered them, cleaned our walkway and made the jobsite look as if it was untouched. His workers were very repectful to my wife and I and I really appreciated that. In todays world of business, people are very aggressive in telling companies and the public about negative experiences with contractors they have hired, but very few take thr time to give positive feedback to specific companies that are well derserved of the praise from a pleased customer. I wanted to take the time and giive a review that I, and my wife feel is very well deserved!! I'm a very maticulous person att home and work, and I expect to get what I paid for in the use of a comercial contractor. 360 Foundation gave me that experience and I would highly recomend them to anyone who is in that posiition of need. I always try to do my best for my clients in my own business practices, and I fell that I was blessed in return with the decision I made to use this company. I have Told [redacted] that he is free to give out my name and number to anyone in need of a personal reference. FYI, my inspector came back out to iinspect the home after [redacted]'s inspector left, and told me that my house was in better shape now than some of the new construction builds that he has recently visited.
