that it requires excellence from both parties.  360’s responsibility is to provide verified leads.  Our clients are responsible for sales excellence.  Together, the service provides revenue growth.  Unfortunately, our former client, Produced by Deuce, did not see the type of performance they would have liked despite efforts.  Early on, the client struggled to get folks on the phone, so 360Connect offered additional strategies to improve contact rate, adjusted their lead profile, and issued a $300 gift certificate.  After a few months, upon receiving an invoice, the client asked to suspend the account until further notice.  Unfortunately, after many attempts, we were unable to reach the client.  After a short period of time, the client issued a chargeback on leads delivered to them.  Again, we tried many times to figure out the problem with no response.  With no options, we were forced to send the client’s information to a 3rd party collection service for services rendered but not paid for.
