I prepaid for two jet ski covers in June 2019 and was told that they would take a couple of weeks to come in. After multiple contacts over the summer for delivery status I finally requested the order be cancelled and I get reimbursed in September. Justin (the owner) agreed, but I have yet to receive the refund. I have tried multiple times to contact Justin with no response received.
I had sent *** his first refund after he and I spoke the first time about a refund. The check was,sent out the next day and it was returned to me saying not deliverable. During that time I have had some health issues and had my shop temporarily vlosed and was running on limited hours, I completely accept responsibility for the delay in payment I have sent *** another check yesterday to a new address that he has provided I would like conformation that this issue was resolved. Health issues happen and hhave really messed up the last year or so. Again my apologies and a refund has been issued
