I ordered a uga cooler over 7 days ago and paid for faster shipping . I’ve tried numerous ways of contacting them through phone calls , emails and Facebook messages and still no answer . Supposedly a veteran company but highly doubt that . Just a big scam and I advise never to order from them

I see the charge on my credit card but the item has not been delivered and is already December 21st. I ordered it on December 5th. They do not answer their phones nor they return their calls. There is no way to reach them through an e mail I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. TERRIBLE customer service. Get your item somewhere else.

I ordered two shirts from 365 game day, revived one shirt while the other says preparing for shipment, after two weeks it still hasn’t shipped. I have tried to contact the seller through emails and *** and finally tried calling which went strait to voice mail. All I wanted to know is when my shirt was going to ship.

I ordered something from their website on 9/1/19 and I have yet to receive it. It was charged to my bank account very soon after the transaction. I have tried 3 times to email them and tried to call numerous times. They have not responded to me at all. I just want my money back.

I ordered a shirt (***/*** shirt size large) on July 20, 2019 for $9.27. I have contacted them by email, *** direct message, *** direct message, Facebook direct message, and called them leaving numerous voicemails with my contact information to let them know that I have not received the shirt. I have asked multiple time for either the shirt or a refund of $9.27. My 365 Gameday account still shows my order for that particular shirt is "unfulfilled." I have received NO communication at all-none through all of the means that I have tried to contact them regarding my order.

I purchased 3 items from 365gameday.com on 7/20/19 and waited for shipment confirmation for several days. I started attempting to contact via email on 7/24/19 to find out if my order has shipped yet. I got no response via email that day. I again sent an email 7/25/19 and called multiple times and every call went to voicemail, the last call I left a voicemail requesting contact to find out the status of my order. I received an email stating they were preparing my order for delivery on 7/25/19. Since that time I still have not received confirmation that my order has been shipped nor have I received a phone call back as I requested. I emailed them again 7/26/19 asking if my order has shipped and have not received any more information from this company. I placed an order now 8 days ago and the order has not shipped to my knowledge, but they IMMEDIATELY took the money for my order out of my account when I placed the order. This company needs to be investigated for its obvious terrible business practices.

Purchased a shirt from this company. It was delivered with a hole in it. We immediately emailed the company and sent them a picture of the damaged product. They responded that they would send us a new shirt immediately. Never received the shirt. Have now called them multiple (more than 3 times and left phone messages) and have emailed 8 times with only the initial response on 9/25/18. They have not returned any communication since then nor have they replaced the damaged product. Order #

I made an order on April 22,2018 for 4 t-shirts. The order #*** was delivered on April 26,2018, however only 3 of my shirts were delivered. I sent 3 emails to the company regarding my order on April 29, May 2 & May 10 with no response. I also made 2 phone calls after my emails were not successful on May 11 and May 15 and there is only a voicemail with no wat to reach a customer service representative. Also no one returned my voicemails. I have paid for this item (t-shirt) and never received it. There customer service is the worst ever & no customer should have to deal with a company who doesn't value their customers.

Placed an order(#***) over a month ago for 2 t-shirts from the website. Got 1 shirt 2 weeks after purchase yet never received the second. After 3 emails and numerous calls to the "customer service" phone number I have yet to hear back with any available information.

Received shipment email on January 31, 2017 stating order is on the way with USPS tracking number and order number. When tracking number is clicked on it says "Pre-Shipment", shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. I never received the order or a refund for the order. I have called and emailed the company numerous times and have not been able to speak to or receive any contact back.

We ordered a tee shirt on Jan 3rd paid for 3 or 4 day shipping. the package has not been delivered. We have called emailed and tweeted several times and have not gotten any feedback.

I placed Order #*** on Friday, Nov 24, and paid extra for “Shipping method Gameday Priority (2-3 days).” I received an order confirmation by email, and my credit card was charged. Since then, I have tried to get shipment tracking information. The company has not responded to an email that I sent on Saturday, Nov 25. My phone calls go to voicemail, even on their Order line, and they have not responded to repeated voicemails. I instructed my bank to stop payment, and I left the company a voicemail telling them so. It has been four days since I placed the order and it has not arrived.

On August 20,2017 I ordered a t-shirt from 365Gameday.com and received order confirmation via email and my card was charged for purchase same day. I have not received the t-shirt as of today October 24, 2017. I emailed this company several times and finally got a response on October 8,2017 saying they would look into it and that there were account notes saying emails were sent but nothing after that. said they would go back and check any sent messages and find out what happened. I replied same day thanking them for responding and that if possible I still wanted the shirt, if not I would like a full refund. I did not get a reply to this email as of today. I then went on their *** page on Oct 19,2017 and private messaged them there letting them know I had tried numerous times to contact them and that at this point I wanted answers NOW. They did reply to this message on Oct 20,2017 and claimed that they showed they had refunded and archived over a month ago but that they would reprocess a refund and that they would also send me a coupon code good for $20 off my next purchase. I went back on my card statement starting Aug 20, 2017 to present date and the only transaction was the deduction for the t-shirt, there were no refunds posted. I messaged them back asking them to provide me with a transaction number for the refund and explained that it had not posted. I have also called and left two voicemails and called with no answer 4 more times. I have not received a response with any transaction numbers.
