DO NOT TRUST this company if you need to depend on someone to get a part. You may or may receive it. They are not worth the aggravation.
I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. I assumed that since this was purchasing through Amazon, this would not be a problem. Numerous attempts to reach a reasonable resolution have only resulted in hostility towards their customers. I am now stuck with a part that I have absolutely no use for that is brand new. I guess I just have to throw it away? It is not expensive, and it is basicly solid steel, so it is not like they go bad after 30 days. I do understand companies set their own return policies, however, I also feel that 365 garage door parts is not being reasonable or rational in this situation. They clearly do not consider their customers first. Only initial sales. Deffinatly not return customer sales. Deffinatly not the impact that their customers voices can have on them. Stay away from them!
Placed an order of a pair of torsion springs on 5/15/19. No shipping info. at all till 5/24/19. Called C/S replied there was delay without excuse. Disappointed with lazy processing and lack of excuse for the delay. My garage door is not working during their lazy process.
I'm recommending this store to nobody.
This is a Horrible company! Avoid if at all possible!
I ordered a LiftMaster 3280. My order confirmation and invoice both confirmed this. I was shipped and received a LiftMaster 8355W. When I returned the opener for a refund, I was billed a 20% restock fee and shipping charge for this item I did not order. When I contacted their customer service rep, a series of lies and misinformation ensued to ensure they kept their $50. Unethical and shady outfit.
Does not respond to emails Ordered two remote controllers for garage gate opener Never received a response Sent numerous emails Asked if they sent it to the right address and if so can they submit a claim to whichever shipping company they used Lost my money and never got parts Business leaves the customer hangingI don't recommend this business for anything I will be calling the owner as specified on this site Oliver...someone needs to take action even if it's not their fault Look at me who's writing and trying to contact
This business would not return my calls and my entire experience with them was the worst I've ever had I don't recommend anyone purchase from them

Great item, fast shipping & very good price would buy from this seller again.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! FRAUDS, THIEVES, INCOMPETENT, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will take your money and not deliver anything you order. I left over 20 voicemails and sent several emails and none were returned. This company should be investigated for criminal action and shut down. This company deserves a review of no stars or better yet, negative stars. If you enjoy being taken advantage of, stolen from, and lied to, then this is the company to call. Otherwise do not bother. They will swindle you, deceive you, and never retrun any of your calls or emails. They should all rot in hell!

Terrible customer service. No response to inquires. When they finally did respond 2 weeks after the order was delivered they had no idea what they were talking about. Would not use this company.
Ordered two Garage Springs. Exceeded delivery date by seven days. Sent a couple emails and made several direct calls, you will get an automated message that said, They where busy with other customers every time I called doesn't madder what time you call them. Just wanted to make sure it didn't get delivered to the wrong address. However, I did receive my parts at a GREAT Price. I've been using them for 2 or 3 years now. First time I've had an issue, but l continue to use this company and recommend this business to others. (Just fix that auto phone message)
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product about 3 weeks ago. Two weeks ago I received A box with a piece of junk in it. The piece looks like it came from a scrap heap. It was inboxed and lacked a company name, part number or any identification indicating whAt it was. I have tried to contact the company eight times in the past 10 days via telephone and email. They will not acknowledge the attempts. I paid them $40 for a piece of junk.

Ordered 3 packs of [redacted] Batteries from 365garagedoorparts.com I emailed the company several times wanting to know when my order would be shipped. The company never responded to any of my emails! I used [redacted] to pay for the batteries. I contacted [redacted] 2 months after placing my order, and filed a dispute. It took another 2 months for [redacted] to refund my money. I will never do business with 365garagedoorparts.com again!
