Review: I purchased software Microsoft Windows 7 from them on December **, 2012 and installed it on January [redacted], 2013. On Monday July **, 2013 when the computer booted up Windows authentication kicked in and made the system go through validating this is a valid coy of Windows. The authentication stated it was a counterfeit as it was already installed on another computer. I contacted Microsoft and they verified this. I tried calling 365 Professionals and am always getting the same results to leave a message and they will get back to me. I have done this 4 times. Their website states they are under construction. I opened a ticket with them from their and never heard back. They took $58.84 and gave me a counterfeit license. I saw researching the web that I am not alone as others have had similar experience with them. I want my money back and to stop this company from ripping people off.Desired Settlement: This company should refund my $58.84
Review: I ordered a copy of some software from this company, and I have had to replace my hard drive and move to a different computer. I need to be able to re-install the software, but the code provided does not work. I have made 7 phone calls and left messages, and I have contacted by email at least 3 times. I've even tried to contact via [redacted]. The company simply will not respond.Desired Settlement: I want someone from the company to contact me and speak with me about my issue. I need a new product code, so that I can use the software I purchased.
Review: I have attempted to contact this merchant on 3 occasions via email and 2 phone calls. I left 2 messages on their system requesting a response as to when I could expect delivery of the software package. Their online order entry system states the product should be downloaded to my personal computer within 24 hours. The order was placed on 7-**-2013. As of today, 7-**-2013 I have not received the product although the merchant billed my credit card within 1 day of order entry. I have disputed the charge to my credit card and want the Revdex.com to be aware of the unethical business practices of this merchant.Desired Settlement: Non other than refund on my credit card.

Review: I ordered a copy of Microsoft Visio Premium 2010 on* July. I was given a download link. That worked. However, the product code was invalid, making the product worthless. I've attempted to call them on their number several times, no answer. I've filed at least 4 complaints through their help portal. I have asked for a direct email. I have had no responses. This is now the end of July. Their portal has disappeared now, replaced by another webpage that says their site is under construction. Prior to that, their webpage stated they were changing to a new telephone system. . Prior to that, my accounts seem to have been blocked and I cannot log in for a resolution. In essence, all of these requests have been ignored and I'm out the money paid on CC. I am a former NYer. They give the rest of us a bad name. They used to have a somewhat decent rep, but I'm seeing more complaints lately, of which I am one. Hello! [redacted] This message is from 365 Professionals Group, regarding your order. Review: I order two certificate keys from this company and neither of the codes were authenticated.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the product with the correct authentication key for the two products that I ordered.
Review: Purchased Windows 7 Ultimate key for 3 computers. Worked for a short while and now stopped working because Microsoft Windows is saying that this is an invalid key and not a genuine product. Have tried to call 365 Professionals several times and only get recordings, left my number and they do not call back. Go to the web site and only says under construction. Several other complaints on the company on [redacted] site, all have the same problem. Was on phone with Microsoft technical support and they are confirming that this is a pirated product key.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome would be to get a refund for the purchase price, 64.99. Also they should quit selling pirated products
Review: I ordered Microsoft Office and Student 2010 on June **. The our company credit card was used and processed. I emailed them stating that I wanted the version for iMac not PC. Customer service [redacted] emailed me back (nearly 2 weeks later) stating that her supervisor had approved and with email confirmation they would be sending a different code. I have never received the new code. I have sent them several emails and made several calls to them over the last 6 months. I tried to turn it in to our bank but it was past the 60 days so I couldn't get my money back. Today I tried contacting the company again and their number no longer works. When I [redacted] them online it shows they are being shut down for fraud. I am very pleased if this is true but I would also like our money back since we paid for something that we have never received. Is this possible?

Review: Fraudulent Windows 7 product key. Have been contacted by one client so far. Have tried to contact them but their website is down and they do not respond to emails or pick up the phone. I purchased several keys from them over the last 6 months or so.Desired Settlement: Genuine Windows 7 product keys
Review: I purchased a copy of Microsoft Office Professionals and Windows 7 Professional and the copies that they sold me were guaranteed to be authentic as they were a "Windows Provider" but come to find out they sold me non genuine copies. I downloaded them and they worked for awhile, but now they do not. Their site is "Currently Under Construction" and they do not return emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back for both products that I purchased that are not genuine.
Review: In January of 2013 I purchased two licenses for Microsoft Windows 7 Professional. One license failed. After numerous emails, they sent another key in July. That key also failed. I have sent numerous emails asking for assistance or a refund and have not received any responses. This purchase was made online at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I do not trust them to provide me with a valid key and it is incredibly time consuming to try to get them to provide me with the promised key. I will be looking elsewhere to purchase the software.
Review: I had purchased several software keys from this company. Some were legit, others were not. They have yet to fulfill me with legitimate software keys on 3 different products:
2 Copies of Microsoft Project Standard 2010 totalling $295.98, ordered on 6/**/2013
1 Copy of Windows 7 Professional totalling $87.99, ordered on 05/**/2013
I have sent them several emails about each product, they had provided 2 more keys for the Microsoft Project Standard that were still faulty, and have not replied since. Also, they have not sent me a replacement key at all for Windows 7 Professional.
The emails I sent were on the dates:
7/**/13
7/**/13
7/**/13
8/*/13
8/**/13
All asking for valid keys for these products. If needed I can provide text copies of those emails.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded as they have sent me several keys that I've had to email over and over again to get valid copies in the past. I refuse to do business with this company again.
Thank you.
Review: I purchased an online copy of Windows 7 Home Premium with product key code. I downloaded software and received key code in May 2013. It was installed on my computer. In September 2013 Microsoft informed me product key code is a MSDN copy. It is invalid and company is not authorized to sell this software. Computer still works but has black desktop with wording stating this is not a genuine version of Windows 7 build 7601. "This copy of Windows is not genuine".Desired Settlement: to credit my credit card for initial purchase price
