369 Medical

Via their website ***, on 30 January 2020, I have purchased and fully paid for 400 quantity of *** Fuildshield Fog-Free Procedure Mask with Earloops, Orange (40/pkg, 10 pkg/cs) be shipped to me.

On 2 February 2020, I received an email from 369 Medical, ***, that this order has been processed. 369 Medical Invoice number *** Reference number ***

On 15 April 2020, *** emailed me that 369 Medical have a confirmed (not "estimated") shipping date of 4/21 from *** directly to me via ***. But, I did not get such *** information. I also did not get any mask delivered to me as of 20 May 2020.

I have emailed 369 Medical (including 369 MEDICAL, LLC *** <***>; *** <***>; *** <***>; *** <***>) at least 10 times already since 22 April 2020 till 20 May 2020.

But, NO REPLY from 369 Medical at all.

I made an order early February while the order was supposed to ship in 1-2 weeks, and I paid the full amount immediately. However it's been a month since I made the order, and I received no feedback, no further updates, and nothing on my order.

I have sent refund requests multiple times since it's been too long and I didn't receive anything I ordered, but I didn't get any further feedback.

I ordered and paid for 2 boxes of *** masks on its web site on 31 Jan 2020. Then it took them 8 days to tell me they could "not export" and asked for a US postal address (by someone named ***). I gave them a US address accordingly on the same day. And I have not heard from them since then.

How are you? My husband(***) placed an order of $149.00 at https://www.369medical.com/ for children's masks on January 24th, 2020. Since then, we did not receive any order# or status of the shipping, so we asked to cancel our order and refund our $149.00. Unfortunately, they did not cancel our order nor refund our . I will report police statin for scam. In addition, we will file a complaint to Revdex.com.
