We record any interactions with our residents.On the 10/03/the resident stated that her bank account was wiped out and she will be paying lateNo specific date was given On 10/05/resident requested that the password to her online account be reset so that she could pay online
She came in on 10/12/stating that she never received the email to reset her passwordWe corrected her email and reset the password once againAt that time, resident stated that she will pay her rent on the 10/15/after she gets paidResident paid her rent in full on 10/15/ November’s rent was drafted out of her account without any issues.On 11/30/the resident went online and scheduled a payment for 12/01/Payment was withdrawn on 12/01/at 5:amOn 12/06/payment came back as NSF (insufficient funds)As per her lease agreement, she was charged a $fine as well as late feesOn 12/09/a balance due notice was delivered and the office tried to reach out to her and left a voicemailOn 12/14/the resident contacted us and stated that her payment should have clearedWe asked her to bring in a copy of her bank statement showing that she had the funds in her account on 12/01/so that we could remove her late fees and NSF feesShe said she could not because she did not have a printerWe offered to let her use one of our computers and printerShe stated that she had just gotten off of work and needed to go home and sleepWe then informed her that the eviction process does start on the 15th if the payment was not made She said that she will pay but she will be contacting a lawyerThat is the last contact we had with the resident. *** ***
