Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have contracts before said contract was signed and that home sat out there because it was ordered for someone else, it didnt even have the correct colirs I wantedThe home was sold to someone else, and when that home came in there was not a foundation poured yet, it was poured after that home was soldHe also told me I couldnt have a bigger home because it wasnt allowed on that lot, that was a lie I went myself and inquired about it and I could have a larger home and he said oh I didnt know, and then called in one of the M [redacted] brothers to ask if it was possible to make the foundation larger Mr M [redacted] said yesI informed Paul that I needed a handicap shower installed and he assured me everything would be as I needed and likedI have a witness about the home choices he said we could have a smaller home and then switch it out in a couple years down the road, I cant do that, my health wont allow me to When we first applied for the loan he said we couldnt have the bigger home because of the financing, but then told me that we could and to keep trying other banksI didnt have any of these problems when I bought my first home with my ex husband Sincerely, [redacted]

We have been back numerous times to take care of service issues.. This home was installed in a manufactured home park without a foundation. Customer is complaining that the home shakes when her washing machine spins..We have set the home to State specs and installed tie downs..Most homes will have... movement around the spinning of a washer. She could move the home onto a permanent cement foundation but even this would not stop all movement in her home.Tell us why here...

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have documentation that proves that the air conditioner was to be installed by Hathaways Also I have all documentation that proves they altered my original home planThere are still several things that need to be completedI will fax all documentation if requestedAlso, Hathaways did put a no contact order on meAlso, they have not responded to my requests for a yearThey never told me they were going to complete the work as wellSincerely, [redacted]

Mr***'s home was delivered and placed on foundation just as he requested He ordered the home with the air conditioner shipped loose and he was made aware that it was his responsibility to have it installed This home was built in a factory that has strict inspections that have to
be built to HUD codes We were aware of a closet needing to be installed, in which was scheduled for this week We have never placed a restraining order against Mr***

First off, it's incredible that you completely ignore all phone calls, messages and emails from us yet when the Revdex.com gets involved you respond almost instantly.
I am clearly rejecting this "response" because once again you ignore all of my issues listedYour time frame for completion was September 15, you did not meet thatWe gave you an extension until November to finish, which you promised you could do, you wanted to delay again until March As mentioned several times, we cannot keep having our project delayed due to no housing options here in YellowstoneFurthermore, you have not started ANY of the processes to even give utility hook ups, and you still failed to provide any proof you started our projectYou said you would prove to me you did in fact at least start our project with floor plans, factory orders etcand you still did not contact meShockerIt has been over two weeks since I have heard from you, and looking at the other complaints on here it is evident you do this to a lot of people

We have had people there several timesFactory reps have also been there We installed the closet and finished the work that was on the contract The paper that Mr*** claims proves that we were to install the Air conditioner, is just the spot that shows where the air conditioner is ready and wired for home owner to install The home was ordered as Mr*** requested

doors and windows would be a Champion warranty item..Hathaway Homes did not manufacture the home and Champion can send a service tech to help you..please call Champion directly to schedule with them so that you can be there and home is open..If you need me to call I would more than happy to do
so, but would need to know what time works for you..Also have the manufacturer look at texture issues you might have...thanks

We have sent several people there the finish up and fix any issues We have another contractor scheduled this Saturday He will be taking the $check

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We still have repair issues that have needed fixed since July While yes the majority of problems have been fixed there are still a few that we have ask to have fixed repeatedlyAnd in regards to the water it was tested and it is not safe to drink or use to cook with*** told us on more then one occasion that they would take care of the waterFrom July until October they kept putting us off with excuses on what they were waiting for and then decided never mind they weren't going to do anythingWe know that they have fixed water problems in other houses in that areaIn our brother in laws house they put a filter system as well.

My statement is that they have not paid in fullnot a complaint just a statementBut I reject her rejection!A tremendous amount of goods are purchased in our Country..Thankfully not everyone sends a complaint in to the Revdex.com for those goods purchased when they are still in the production stage..My request is that we stop the letters going back and forth once a week .Once the home has been constructed and a reasonable time to complete then lets chat again..Thanks

It sounds like her complaints are taken care of and that she is admitting that we did go there timesSounds like she needs someone to check scratches? Have the scratches always been there? Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Our home is not finished. The manufacturer indicated that our home was under construction. Paul H*** indicated that the home would be finished come "off - line" on February 6, 2017. If this information is factual, the home will still need to be delivered and set up. I will consider my complaint regarding my purchase of our home resolved once the home has been constructed to our specifications, delivered, fully set up and all work has been completed.Sincerely,*** ***

You wanted to change homes..Ready to complete the home when customer is ready

Launched a brand new website created by a third partyMisunderstanding on a price for ammo. Consumer saw a generic picture and thought the price of was for rounds of ammo. Below the picture it states their are rounds per boxI understood the issue and offered a full refund
if she returned the ammoShe stated she used some of the ammo already, so I offered for her to send back what she had and receive a refund pro rated on the amount used

whats rude is the filthy language that Mr *** uses to many of us thru phone calls and text messages ..They are wrong on all accounts and are reaching out to social media to try and intimidate to "bud in line" to have their home built sooner than those ahead of them..It is tough
to have an adult conversation with someone who just threatens..The Manufacturer has reached out to them to give them assurance that home was ordered and being constructed..I started conversation with the *** in early on a home..It was sometimes several months before they would answer my calls or texts..I explained how busy the manufacturers were and that they needed to order as backlogs were growing..We will work hard to deliver the ***s their home ASAP

We sent our contractor there on Thursday All of the repairs have been made
