Review: This is my second complaint about the same company. I invested in two properties with the 37th Parallel and previously they refused to sell my interest in one of those properties. On 9-30-14 I emailed them a request to sell the last property I have with them [redacted]. I followed up with another email last week and several phone calls to get no response back. On Friday, I called again and finally reached [redacted]. He indicated that it would not be problematic to sell my shares. He had no excuse as to why he nor his staff responded to my numerous calls. I got an email today where they are refusing to sell my shares now. Last time with the previous property they refused to sell my shares for over an year. These investments have caused me to owe the [redacted] alot of money and I need to be able to pay them off.Desired Settlement: I want to have my shares sold and get my money back.
