On October 1, the vehicle that is the subject of the above complaint was picked up from the shopThe repairs were done under the name of Timberlake MechanicalThe gentleman's name that we dealt with the entire time was not the person that is the complainant
The truck was brought back to the shop in January for warranty repairs and we were told by Travis to take our time and he had alternate transportation as we had a very big back log at the time the vehicle was dropped offTravis was very polite and understandingThe vehicle was picked up on February 12, by the complainant whom we had never dealt with up to this pointThe original repair order was done under the name of Timberlake Mechanical so the complainant's name can not be found in our customer recordsI am assuming she has some kind of ownership stake in this company and/or the truckLong story short, she accused us of damaging the tailgate on the truck, which none of my technicians recalled the tailgate getting damaged while the vehicle was in the shop. She also said we took too long on the repairs, which they were told ahead of time would be time consumingShe was also demanding a day of lost wages. Nevertheless, I was going to comply with the complainant's demands since we are a reputable company and have been for yearsBut when I tried to talk to her in person, all she would do is call me ugly names and shout profanities at meShe was extremely out of control almost to the point of us calling the authoritiesShe also attempted to break the entrance door to the shop twiceNeedless to say it was impossible to talk to or work out anything with the complainant. The bottom line is that I will comply with her demands if she will take down all of the numerous slandering comments she has made about my company on many social medias and major search engines onlineWe run a good reputable business and are family owned and have been as such for yearsWe don't deserve to be slandered as this customer has doneThank you for your time in reading thisI hope that a resolution can be worked out
