JUST A FYI ON MY FOLLOW UP WITH TRAVELOHANA ACCOMENDATED AND SUBMITTED TO LOGISTIC FOR MY TRAVEL FOR MAJOR SURGERY ON JULY 2, TO TRY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT UPON DISCHARGE ON JULY TO GET OUR MEALS FROM *** CLINIC AND HOSPITAL AND COULD NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH RIDE ASSISTANCE AT *** SO I ENDED UP WALKING OVER MILES TO AND FROM TO GET DINNER THAT EVENING FOR MY SISTERON JULY 5, I WAS ABLE TO REACH LOGISTIC RIDE ASSIST AND A RIDE DID TAKE ME TO GET BREAKFAST AT *** AND ENDED UP LEAVING ME THERE AT THE *** HOSPITAL AND CLINICUPON TRYING TO CALL RIDE ASSIST AGAIN I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND NEVER GOT THRUI WALKED TWICW FROM THE *** HOTEL IN WAIKIKI TO *** HOSPITAL AND CLINIC ON *** ST AND *** AVEUPON ARRIVAL TOHONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FROM HILO HAWAII WE WERE NOT ABLE TO REACH THE RIDE ASSIST AND ENDED UP HAVING TO RENT A VEHICLE THE 1ST DAYS IN HONOLULU AND PAID OUT OF POCKET $
