in Response to the complaint attached below, I have been very fair to *** *** in the matterhe came with his vehicle to my shop with a transmission slipping, I offered him a used transmission that I had in my shop also told him that there is a risk that it my not be goodTo save money from
either a new transmission or rebuilt one which is roughly about $we both agreed to go forward with the job and my transmission for a $for Parts & laborthe result was the transmission was driving the same waySo *** requested that we get him another used one and put it in again I explained to him that we both are still taking a chance with putting used transmission again as we might come back with same result of Transmission slipping knowing that we priced that job very fairly he located a transmission on his own from *** *** *** and told me he got that for $and he would pay for Transmission if I do labor for freeI agreed to ithe had me call the junk yard and to have it delivered to My Shop and told me to pay them the $and will pay me BackI paid For $for the transmission he located and I did The Job againUnfortunately the result was the same slip in Transmissionthe following few days I called him several times asking him for the $he promised to pay for part he located either he would give excuses or he would not answer phone.Few Days Later he came to my shop and he said he went to a local Parts store ( *** *** *** ) he spoke to proffessional parts associate who checked his car and engine code and diagnosed the problem to be the torque converterHe said if he would buy the torque converter he would really appreciate it if we would bring the transmission down again and replace the converter in itI agreed to do it another timethe result was same slipping transmission even when we installed a new Converter that he providedI was very fair to *** *** in this processI Did the job Times to please him I am out the $ for the transmission he located and also out the labor of doing the job more times after he paid for the First one.Thank you*** * ***RT 3A Shell*** *** *** Ma.***Tel *** *** ***

I Inquired about the cigarretes being on floor with my employees and they all had no knowledge of her cigarettes being on the floor or that they threw it thereWe are neighbors and I don't mind helping with clean upI will have my guys help the owner even if they didn't do it.
