Ordered this product on April 5, 2013 based on advertisement that we could watch sports and other TV channels on my laptop. Was not able to watch anything and tried contacting company immediately and got no response. Emailed company again about a week later since they have no phone support and got no response. Emailed company again today and also decided to just file a complaint. This company is very dishonest and has false advertisement.
