The sale of the home proceeded as outlined in the sales contractWhile I certainly understand being upset about the overall situation, I did not sign the contract for these clientsThey signed of their own free willThey had from 4/to 4/to review the contract, and we had exchanged terms with the prospective buyer several times during these three daysOn 4/3, the ***'s signed the contractNearly a month later, I received an email from Mrs [redacted] regarding the refrigerators in the contract, accepting responsibility for the situation and dreading telling her husband about the situationIn an attempt to keep the deal on track, I offered to buy the *** another refrigerator out of my own pocket, and they ultimately declined

Complainant has now moved the goalpostsThere is nothing that will satisfy complainantIf Redefy did such a poor job why would she want to extend the contract? Can't have it both waysAnd extending a contract requires both party's consent, and Redefy will not continue the contractComplainant is waging a smear campaign against Redefy on social media, not the behavior of someone interested in resolving potential issuesAs far as Redefy is concerned, this matter is closed

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Per Chad's response, he stated I was aware the refrigerator he delivered was intended as our replacementThat is not the caseIf it were, then why did he instruct the delivery men to move the current refrigerator out of the way and replace it with the one he had delivered? At this point in time, we wish to proceed to mediation Regards, [redacted] ***

The seller's listing was placed on social media several times, screenshots attachedOur contract expired 10/31/2016, and the complainant did not sign an extension, so I no longer legally represent complainantAs such, per MLS rules I must remove all advertising and signage from the
home. I feel it is in our best interest to no longer do business with the complainant and will not extend her contract.Complainant asked for ideas to "increase foot traffic" on October 31st, the final day of the listing contract, at 6:32PMThere was nothing to discuss, I no longer legally represented complainantAt other times, I volunteered to host Open Houses to increase foot traffic, only to have complainant cancel the Open HousesExtra For Sale signs had been erected, as well as directional signs to help boost foot trafficI even added a self guided, 3-D tour of the listing to help boost foot trafficThere are no more slots available to attach screenshots of the tourI ran out of attachments to show the screenshot of having contacted the other realtor at complainant's request, which was also made 10/31, the final day of our contractI cannot force other agents to communicate on complainant's expected timetableAt the end of the month, most agent's are busy closing properties, as was I yesterday afternoon

Mr*** had stated he knew the refrigerator replacement was to compensate for the one they were having to leave behind, as per the contractAt no time did I say or imply I would purchase the exact same refrigeratorThe replacement unit was the same size, interior dimensions, and featuresIt was a comparable replacementWhen it was found to not be operating properly, I offered to have it repaired, as any reasonable person wouldInstead, Mr*** decided to reject the offer and told me to have the refrigerator removedMy response was to have someone out there within a couple of hours, only to be turned away "because the movers are there." This was Friday of a holiday weekend, and I was left scrambling trying to arrange a pickup with moves at the end of a month after a holiday pickupAs Mr*** stated, it was removed before closing As far as I am concerned, once the replacement was refused, my offer endedI offered the replacement as a nice guy, not out of any obligation, and now I feel as though I'm being taken advantage of, and being threatened with "future problems." As Mr*** has shown, there is nothing I can do to say or do other than handing over cashI suspect this is because Mr*** already owns multiple refrigerators (not needing yet another refrigerator) and this is simply a cash grab, and really has nothing to do with the refrigerator Previous actions show that if I give him an inch, he will take a mileOtherwise I would simply offer to reimburse my personal commission and move on, but I doubt that would suffice

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
Regards,
*** ***We respectfully decline the business explanation to the disagreementOur realator Chad made numerous mistakes in handling this matter and many of them we brought to his attention to fix, including the refrigeratorIn exchange of emails and text messages about the resolution to this problemChad made it very clear he would pay for our refrigerator upstairs for his half of the mistake and we would eat the *** on the basement refrigeratorChad then chose just before closing to buy a used, non working, severely damaged refrigerator in replace of the upstairs refrigeratorThe refrigerator was delivered and Chad was made aware of the condition of the appliance and he stated he would resolve the issueChad never contacted until hrs I contacted him because our movers needed to know about the refrigerators, on moving them or leave themChad advised us we were in contract violation with the buyers of our home because of the refrigerator he bought was not like our new oneI advised Chad we would not be in violation nor miss our closing because of his actionsChad was advised we would go back to original offer he pay us for the upstairs fridge at closing, he was mad and uncooperative with usHe had two attempts to remove the damaged refrigerator he bought, he got it out with hours to go before closingWe left both refrigerators and Chad did not come to closing not compensate his portion of the appliances to usHe verbally and in writing agreed to pay usHe needs to follow up on his agreement in our written and verbal contractHe owes roughly $to us, we request mediation at this time to avoid future problems

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I did not ask for the signage to be removed and had indicated to agent on 10/that I wished to extend service until 11/20.we have no desire to list home over holidays so there was no reason to discontinue MLS assistance until later in the monthespecially after positive showing on 10/and direct request to agent for help (and to which no reply was given) it is not unreasonable to expect timely (within 24-hrs) communication or discussions from one party before termination of services It is unprofessional for the agent to make this decision without notice to customer. There is no smear campaign nor sitting on both sides of fence There is expectation of professional communication and this complaint is based on the agents decision to completely avoid this. Agent may consider this case closed but as a consumer I do not.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The request for additional ideas for more foot traffic took place in August, not oct 31. There was NO contact made by agent to seller on Oct 31, despite my reaching out via email at AMEmail can substantiate sellers to extend listing until nov 20/ realtor out of town weekend prior so no opp to sign any paperwork for extension. The open house was initiated by seller (not agent) and cancelled due to personal injury which can be substantiated by email chain. Also, email chains can substantiate the agents inability to provide timely responses to questions (more than hours/ more than request from seller)
