I bought a new 2017 BMW X5 from Don Jacobs BMW in October. During the purchasing process we inquired about getting a hitch attached to carry my road bikes. The salesman (P[redacted]) left during the process and came back with a quote of $1100 which was acceptable. When attempting to make an appointment to get installed the dealer would not honor the price and required payment of $2400 to get it installed.
After several emails that he would not answer I finally called P[redacted]. During the call he was extremely rude and unprofessional accusing me of being confrontational. All I wanted was what was agreed during closing. I would stay away from this dealereship.
