3D Defensive Driving

This website advertises rave reviews for a state of Texas approved defensive driving course. I signed up and paid in full $25 for the course and $35 for overnight shipping on a Friday. I completed the course and expected my certificate on Saturday. Tuesday, 4 days later I called to inquire about the delay and was told by [redacted], the presumed owner, that it was sent out Monday and I should have it by Wednesday. My wife asked to speak to [redacted] to inquire about a refund for the overnight shipping. She asked him what the money was used for if it was obviously not used for overnight shipping, he told her, " it is none of your business and I don't like your attitude, I will refund your money and just send it standard mail"! Then hung up on her! He had just told us it had already been mailed. There are several companies that offer online defensive driving courses, I would never recommend this guys questionable company to any one. I would like to be refunded the $35 for overnight shipping, since I did not receive my certificate for 5 days. It probably cost him 35 cents to send it.
