Failed to file insurance claim properly and in a timely manner. Did not accurately notify me of procedures performed. Charged more than quoted price
I received a bill for far more than what I was quoted at the time of service. I was told that I needed 3 fillings but the provider filled 6. When I verified information with my insurance company ([redacted]) they stated that the provider did not respond to numerous requests for information regarding the claim. My wife and I have contacted 3D dental at least 10 times seeking a resolution without success. They continually send me a request for payment which has varied in dollar amount every time. I do not feel that I should pay for a service that was not communicated to me before hand.
