3D electronics is a service representative for tempur pedic mattress. My tempur pedic bed has a problem and 3D Electronics was contacted by tempur pedic to repair my bed. 3D scheduled an appointment for 10-12 on Wednesday but called and postponed until Friday. On Friday, nothing.... no call, no technician, nothing. When I called 3D, (4 no answers) and finally got an answer, the attendant said that they would have to reschedule. The job takes two people is what he said and "we are short handed". I asked to pick up the part myself and install it so I could sleep in my own bed but he could not allow that. He could not give me another appointment time but I decided that I would not allow such a poor excuse of a business to enter my home anyway so I called tempur pedic back and asked for another provider to repair the bed. As of this review, I would not ever recommend either tempur pedic nor 3D electronics to anyone.
My tv went out so I called 3D the next day they arrived at my home, collected the tv after a week they brought it back better than new. Thank you! Your guys were friendly and I appreciated the service you provided.
I have been using 3D since I moved from Talladega in 2005. I have used them to repair my Television, a microwave my stove. When my Dad needed a new tv I sent him to see Jack and Jim. My mom used their services for her issues with a old VCR that she refused to throw away. The guys are not just the repair company but they are friends. Thank you guys for always being there to lend a professional friendly sales / service company.
