I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  One of the partners of the company, Mark, called me and came to my condo with the plumber who did the original work on my toilet while I was away.  He agreed to refund to me the difference between what was charged to me and what would have been charged if the first step of snaking the toilet only had been done.  I explained to him that we should have had the option of having additional cleaning of the pipe done but we were not given that option.  Due to the fragile condition of the pipes in the building I would never have agreed to this additional cleaning and for his plumber to do this without asking was not appropriate.
I also was very disappointed in the customer service provided by his partner who is in charge of answering the phone in the office.  However, that is his problem to rectify.
I am satisfied with the reimbursement of a portion of my payment but I would not do business with this company in the future.
