Dear Revdex.com Committee,We have investigated this issue carefully and communicated with the customer throughout this whole process.As indicated in the email copy below, we have offered the customer option to return the product for refund on Oct18th (refund for the printer, which is our product, with restocking fee for projector, which is not our product but a new commercial projector and 3% [redacted] fee charged by [redacted] ) or repair the product (replacement of parts for free)The customer choose the option for replacement and we did send out replacement part immediately.After receiving the Revdex.com complaint, we have emailed the customer to explain our previous offer and offered the customer for full refund of $as he requested on OctWe are doing our best to make this customer happy.Thanks,3D Facture Team
