3D Imaging Services

I arrived at this location for a 3D sonogram of my unborn child. After my appointment was set, I was contacted to come at an earlier time to accommodate the possibility that my child was uncooperative. I arrived at 6pm (my original appointment being 6:30pm) and was asked to pay $159.00 up front, so I did. I was informed that if my child was uncooperative, I would be asked to get my wife something to eat/drink to coax the baby into moving into a better position; once this happened, they would try a second time. If this was unsuccessful, I would be charged a seating fee and given the option to reschedule. The technician attempted my sonogram but was unsuccessful as my child was covering his face. I was instructed to take my wife to get something to drink/eat to help the baby move to a position where we could get a clear sonogram. We did that. We came back to the establishment and sat down to wait to be called back in. While waiting for that, I made a private candid comment to my wife stating that the time we were told to wait had elapsed. I was then met by an angry employee who overheard our conversation and decided to react very negatively to a private comment that was not addressed to her at all. She was very nasty and had no problem making a scene in front of the other patrons stating that it was "Your child's fault that you're waiting! That's not my problem!" She then told another employee to cancel my appointment and charge me a seating fee of $50. My appointment was then canceled, I was handed back my money, minus the fee, but never received my second attempt at a sonogram. The staff refused to tell me who the supervisor was and furthermore refused to refund me my money in full. I called the police and still could not get my money. This experience was a horrible one and I would never refer someone to this establishment. I have still not received my money and will not be informed of who is in charge.
