Review: Product - 3d picture crystal was ordered on Dec. ** to be delivered to the kiosk at the [redacted] mall on Dec. **. I went to pick it up at 9 am on Dec [redacted] and although their computer screen said it was delivered and had arrived it was not there. I was told that they did not get the delivery yet and that it would be there in about 2 hours. I returned at 11:00 and was told that there was no delivery that day but that a salesperson would be bringing them in. The [redacted] then told me that he would personally deliver it to my house at 5:00 that night. He did not deliver it. My husband and I returned on Friday Dec. ** and the crystal was still not there. The salespeople said they could not give a refund & we call the same [redacted] who told my husband he would not offer a refund and said he had the product but would not be in until 5:00. We do not want the product or to deal with this company or salespeople again. We would like a refund of our money for $165.08Desired Settlement: I would like our money returned for an undelivered product and bring lied to by the [redacted] of the company.
