My name is *** ***This letter is in regards of a complaint submitted on the 8/24/I.D #***This customer paid us $The contract was for $9,We are trying to run a businessIf we start doing free work to show good faith we will go out of businessWhen the customer gave me
the first payment, we bought the material and put it on the roofThere are thousands of people in San Antonio right now that needs a roof installedWe have a schedule to followThe months of May and June were bad for roofing businessesIt rained a lotIf it did not rain, there was a 30% to 40% chance of rain oftenThis roof is not leakingThere was a warranty on itThis customer has a barbeque pit in the back patioWhen it rains it gets wetCustomer had a conversation with one of my employees and they agreed verbally he would install a roll of modified in that area so it would not continue to get wetCustomer should have asked me not an employee.I have a copy of the contract signed by the customer where it states the amount of $9,I'm sending this copy with this letter to youI'm also sending a copy of the insuranceIn this copy it states what the total replacement cost to fix this roof will beThe copy send to me is a misprintCompare the contract and you can make the judgmentThe customer clearly states that we are not allowed on the propertyThat voids the contract and the warrantyI'm nobody to judge anyoneI fear God and I forgive this customer for doing thisGod is the only one that will judge usThank you for your time and may God bless you. *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: He knows exactly who I am because I've called everyone I could to complain about him including the department of developmental services in San Antonio and spoke to [redacted] who was able to contact Mr [redacted]. Me [redacted] told the so called roofer to get this resolved, the so called roofer [redacted] said "I will call them tomorrow" THAT WAS LAST WEEK! He didn't call! [redacted] also told Mr. [redacted] that we cancelled twice when in fact we told him we didn't have the money to pay but he took a "down payment" anyway knowing we didn't have the money to pay yet. But if we had, he would have taken us for more. When I last spoke to [redacted] I told him that we would like our told my husband and I that he bought the supplies with our $3500.00 back he said he had already bought our supplies with it. I would like my money back! Take the supplies back and give us our money or give us our supplies that WE PAID FOR!! In closing, I cannot even believe how this person uses the name of God in his deceitful ways.
