Review: I ordered as a Download from 3d Train Stuff the Cajon Pass Route for Microsoft Train Simulator on 9/7/2014. According to my order receipt, I am supposed to receive the Download link via e-mail, which they have my e-mail address because they sent me my order confirmation to it, by 24 hours after the the order or on the next business day. Well, I ordered it at 8:16 P.M. yesterday and I have not received the download link as of now. The time is 9:18 P.M. 9/8, which should have been a business day. I have not seen any e-mails containing this information of the download link all day.Desired Settlement: This is clear breach of contract. It is clearly stated on the receipt that the Download link would arrive within 24 hours, and it definitely has not.

Review: No support.Have a problem with software and they will not address the problem.

Detailed Description of the Problem--- Running Run 8 server on windows 7 64bit. After setting security privileges on the Run 8 folder and setting the Run-8 Train Simulator.exe to run in administrator mode, when you

try to save the session under the spawn tab you get the following message and does not save session. "FUBAR, windows requires you to 'Run As Administrator' in order to save.

If regarding an activity or scenario, you must include the exact title of it. Server Host Mode

Your MSTS Display Settings---Not MSTS, Using run 8.

Processor Speed--- AMD Phenom X4 Series II 3.3 Ghz 8 gig ram

Amount of available--- RAM 8 Gig

Graphics Card--- Amount of Video Memory, the Drivers used, and their version EVGA Nvidia GT 640 2GIG

Sound Card--- SoundMax integrated

Windows Platform (95/98/ME/2000/VISTA/XP/WINDOWS 7)--- Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I have right clicked on the run 8 exe and run as administrator and does not correct the issue.

If I lose power or have to reboot the server all users trains are lost on server and LastNetworkSave does not bring them back.

Any help you can provide would be most apreciated...

Desired Settlement: I just want Technicial Support for the $200 I have invested in this Train Simulator!

Why cant they help people with the product they sell? It's not just me I know at least a dozen other

people that are having problems, but they will not answer e-mails in a professional manner or at all!!!
